I highly admire your lived experience Liz as a servant leader in that France decision and your simultaneous decision to leave the company although there was a promotion coming. this was a great presentation, but when it comes to leading with the heart, I don't believe it is a complete form of leadership, for instance, her leaving the company because of her colleagues don't necessarily mean she had integrity and loyalty to her colleagues, she wasn't the owner, and letting go these 400 employees wasn't her decision, that is one of the downsides of leading with heart per se.

I think she decided to leave the org bcoz it was her choice to recommend France and I think her decision to leave was to have peace within herself being part of the difficult consequence of seeing her colleagues laid off. I highly admire her lived experience of servant leadership. She defined the concept by being a role model.
