Great basic TRX set. Do these 3 every time and add one more: Turn over, heels in straps, the do hamstring runners. 😉

I would definitely try that because that would Target the whole core of the body giving you unbelievable strength gains.

Would recommend to change body saw with planking and side planks but thats just me ..
