It's definitely not easy being a good full time dad and finding time to structure a good lifting routine. I've recently found that out the hard way. I have a 17 month old son that is just a fucking dynamo. He wears me down but damn I love him. It can be a challenge to maintain the focus needed to be a damn good father and keeping a solid workout routine. It's easy to get frustrated. It's easy to get lazy. It's easy to give up. But the love for my son keeps me from giving up. Because I wanna be the best for him.
