Yep, I need a reason to not party and get drunk. Training and feeling good are what my life is about now. I prepare for my workout by eating good and getting fluids, immediately after I’m on my recovery and prep for my next workout. It never ends, I fucking love it. I wasted the first part of my life being a playboy and getting fucked up all of the time. I found no happiness in that life. Now with the discipline I’ve accumulated I can be happy and satisfied knowing that I’m pushing myself to get stronger and better.

Seth, you’re an animal brother. I’ve been training since I was 17 and I am 31 now. The statement about weights keeping you out of trouble resonated with me deep.. lifting weights mapped out a much healthier and disciplined life going forward and I couldn’t see myself ever parting ways with this life style. Went to the gym today and met a 98 year old woman doing machine weights. She goes to the gym 3 to 4 days a week with her daughter who is in her 70’s. So while your crying about how tough it is, there is a 98 year old woman putting in the work in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I love front squats because I have to keep upright so there's less stress on my lower back. When I back squat, I tend to squat low bar and low bar forces you to lean forward more and by the end I'm feeling it in my lower back. Really cool to get your perspective, your thought process, and, to see the inner workings of why you do what you do. Awesome work man. You are bad MFR 🤜🤛

Starting to eat alot more and double down on my bodybuilding. I have Anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia so I deal with no sweat glands (cant sweat) and immune deficiency's but I don't let that shit stop me. This motivates me beyond what you will know.
