Hey Guys, As you have probably noticed already i have updated the channel name and logo. The channel is no longer Really Random Channel it is now RRC Restoration. Just incase you were wondering why the water marks in the video still say Really Random Channel. Enjoy.

K10wN's Shed Do you know that it was specific to the 1000s? We're using some parts from a '88 750r for a rat bike we're building on our channel and it's front wheel looks awfully similar. I'm not being confrontational, I'm genuinely curious :) Regardless, thanks for the insights!
@K10wNs-Shed5 жыл бұрын
Either a 900 or 1000 from that model and era. The brake discs are from either of those two models. The front wheel may very well be the same on the 750. The same style wheel was even on the 250, but narrower and only one brake disc.

I'm always amaze by that DEOXC product. What an amazing powder
@Reman19755 жыл бұрын
The Bilt Hamber "Deox" stuff is absolutely mental. If you can keep a Deox-C bath reasonably warm it'll chew it's way through even quite scaly rust in 24 hours. The only thing to remember is, like all rust striping chemicals, you've got to degrease the surface well enough that the stuff can soak right into the rust. I'd been using whatever random rust eating and converting stuff the local car parts shop had in stock for years, Then I saw a rust removing chemical "Shoot out" in one of the many car magazines I used to buy, and in their conclusions they were praising the Bilt Hamber range like it was the second coming of Jesus !!! :) I thought the magazine had probably got some backhander or alterior motive for yelling how good this stuff was, But I bought some tubs of Deox-C and Deox-Gel anyway............ Now I'm also yelling about how amazing their stuff is whenever I see anyone mention it on a forum or KZbin ! LOL ! For less than 20 quid (In most of the UK) you can get yourself a 1kg tub of Deox-C crystals delivered, To anyone reading this who has to deal with rusty components, Just drop the money and try it. If you use the stuff as directed you'll also be stunned by how well it works !

Kawasaki Used these cast wheel design on a few of their model range. However judging by the design of your wheel's brake disks, it could be from the legendary Kawasaki GPZ 900 R. This model is featured in the film Top Gun which the actor Tom Cruise used.. Although, the 1987 kawasaki gpz 750R is the only model with green wheels as standard.
