聖誕又到了!! 今年做這個比較實用的聖誕花圈麵包, 好看又好吃. 做了抹茶味, 朱古力味兩款口味, 做早餐, 下午茶都很不錯. 還自製抹茶牛奶醬, 平時用來塗麵包, 超好吃!!
Xmas is around the corner!! This year, I made something not as fancy as last year, but still pretty and easy to make - the Christmas wreath bread! Made the matcha, and chocolate flavour. A perfect breakfast for Xmas! I also made a matcha milk spread, which is so nice to go with any kinds of bread! Yum!
材料 Ingredients
A. 麵包 Bread (4個 - for 4)
高筋麵粉 - 200g - Bread flour
酵母 - 2g - Yeast
雞蛋 - 1 - Egg
鹽 - 1g - Salt
糖 - 25g - Sugar
牛油 - 20g - Butter
牛奶 - 50g - Milk
水 - 10g - Water
B. 抹茶牛奶醬 Matcha milk spread
抹茶粉 - 8g - Matcha powder
糖 - 30g - Sugar
全脂奶 - 100g - Full cream milk
淡忌廉 - 100g - Thickened cream
C. 其他 Others (巧克力口味 chocolate x 2 , 抹茶口味 matcha x 2)
抹茶牛奶醬 - 30-40g - Matcha milk spread
巧克力醬 - 30-40g - Chocolate spread
糖粉 - Icing sugar
蛋液 - Egg liquid
