The easier it likes the more difficult it’s going too master, seeing this it’s like looking at flowing water, and make you forget how many trainings has been done before coming at this point, unbelievable and beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤

This makes me tear up everytime l watch it. There is just something inherently different about this master.. He is beyond explanatory for me. Beauty, grace, power, speed, accuracy, all things one would expect from a kung fu master, yet there is still that undeniable x-factor with master Shi Heng Yi... To me it's almost like he is dancing, like the charismatic preying mantis. Intricately pulling & weaving & moving energy, his mind body & soul in complete unison. Something I honestly feel l haven't seen in anyone else since Bruce Lee. IMO. He is just breathtaking. *tear* :')

Thank you, Shi Heng Yi, for your guidance and accepting the use of this media to share such important knowledge. I'd like to make a request: please, it would be wholeheartedly appreciated to see a Complete Demonstration version of this form. I would like to learn. I have been practicing daily 8 Brocade Qi Gong. However, I find this form too fast to follow. Please consider filming a slow demonstration. Kind regards. M

Agree!! There are so many fun and interesting Kung Fu. Although I just started two months ago. I can see many happy years of practice to come. I also can tell the benefits of mind and body gradually. I also think Shaolin Kung Fu is very beneficial to nowadays troubled youngsters. I found out lots of them were bullied on campus and in society. At the end, they use the violence to solve the problems, Their minds were confused. It took years to get to the right track. If Shaolin Kung Fu can promote to these youngsters, they will learn how to use strength instead of the fist/violence, a correct mind to face the challenge.

Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi I love this video, I would like to know what is the relationship between Qui Gong and Rou Quan I see movements in Qui Gong that are similar to Rou Quan
@ShaolinTempleEurope7 жыл бұрын
Change and Transformation is essential part of life as we know it. Becoming more sensitive and open to these changes/transformations/movements makes you feel more alive. Qi Gong practices in all level are all about this. Becoming more alive. Feeling your joints better, your organs better, your circulary blood system better, your tendons better, your meridians better, everything that moves can be felt. So Qi Gong is one way of steadily increasing this ability of yours to become sensitive to the motion of life. Rou Quan is a closed system for combat/self defense/fighting. The better your Qi Gong is, the better your skills can become.

I really enjoy your videos master shi hengyi. It started when I look for peace because of the harm ocd I have early this year and I found your video about illusion, self discipline, the construct of the mind. And then your movement on expressing Buddhism video...so peaceful. What form is it? For now i just want to try to do this rou quan movements. Any tips on the breathing technique, master shi hengyi? And what to project or visualize in order to achieve healthy or a peaceful mind? Sincerely, thank you.
@ShaolinTempleEurope7 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your message. Don't look for peace. Be peaceful. For the beginning no intention of force or anything in these movements. This is a 7-Minute preparation video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJKmhohvo751esU Afterwards just practice to make every movement become alive. Everything becomes alive whenever you're conscious and aware about it. Maybe this helps. Amituofo and peaceful practice.

@ElvenSkywalker3 жыл бұрын
Please, if you can tell me - what does it really mean that there is no duality?
@chubbanino3 жыл бұрын
@@ElvenSkywalker Duality means 2--- I and another. In deep meditation and in qigong practice, we come to a point when the mind is completely still with no thoughts, we no longer identify with the material world and its myriad of forms. We become nobody, in no time nor space.We are merged with the the Universal qi, the life force that binds all things. We are one with all. Like a wave merging back into the ocean and become one with it. The ultimate goal of qigong is to be one with the Tao and moves as one energy flow with the manifested and non manifested.
