I am a senior citizen and suffer from varicose veins. My feet were so hurting. Imi i accidentally saw your this video and thought of trying it. I have been doing for the past 3days only but I feel so much comfort in legs and feet. I am so thankful to you. God bless you.

I just wanted to share with everyone that this really worked for me. I was struggling to figure out why there was this stagnancy with fluid in my legs despite exercising on a rebounder 3-4x a week, staying active and eating a vegetarian diet. I don’t drink, don’t eat sugar and don’t eat anything in a package so there was no reason for this “fluid”. After 2 weeks my legs are MUCH slimmer and the stuck fluid is gone. Also, this really relaxes me before bed so I will continue to do it. I didn’t have 10 lbs to lose but it did make a huge difference in the appearance of my muscle tone and skin tone on my legs. Thank you Imi! ❤️

I am in my 30 ties and now wery much overweight due to a lot of stress I am dealing past three months and a lack of sleep. I was too tired to work out and without motivation until I found you ❤️ now I am working with you several times during day and it has become "My time only for myself" and I can already feel the diference! My range of motions became a lot better, my back and neck does not hurt that much and even my sleep has improved 💪 thank you so much for you work and passion - you are really changing lives here 🥰🥰❤️

My husband told me one leg on me is thicker than the other. I noticed it in my chesp mirror and though it was a mirror defect, but no! I will try this exercise daily and see if it helps. I will let you know after 30 days. I'm 62 and also on a weight loss program. Update 06/01/2023: After the first 2 weeks, my legs were the same circumference. Yea!!

Hello Imi! I am 75 years old and just today found your channel. It is just what I was looking for because everything is so easily done. These leg exercises and the arm movements are great. I have a arthrose right knee and I think these exercises will help with that too! With high blood pressure at the moment I am sure these leg trembling will get the blood flowing nicely. Also saved your chair exercises for the waist and of course I subscribed. For a lazy exerciser like me ( have to cick myself to go at least once to the gym )these exercises are perfect for me. Thanks so much for dedicating yourself to older people! 🙏💕🙏

I clicked on this video just out of pure curiosity and after watching it, I became an instant subscriber. I'm 70 years old and for the past years my ankles have been hurting and looking purple. The ankle area looks like I have spider veins all over. So last night I decided to do the exercises in this video. I am amazed! Just one session, not only do my ankles feel slightly better but the discoloration has improved too. I did the exercises this morning too. Will be giving updates. I was hesitating going to a varicose vein doctor. I've gone to a few in the last years with no improvement and one doctor actually made the problem worse. He did a so-called "VENUS" procedure and all he did was pierce me with so many needles that he left my ankles and lower legs bruised. At one procedure, blood started dripping from my ankle 😡😡😠. All he did was bill my insurance for outrageous amounts of money 😠. I never went back. Thank you so much for your video. ♥️.

I had a venous ultrasound myself and the valves were pretty bad. The doctor checked my test results and said the best way to help it was to lose weight. That's all he had to offer. (I am quite overweight) Gonna try this, the first 3 at least, and see how it goes.

You can also add 5 - 10 min of laying down with legs up on wall, body in L shape, butt near wall. It can help a lot. These are great exercises

I like that you do the exercises for the full time with us. It makes it much easier to do than videos that only show a few seconds worth or a few repetitions of each exercise, but instruct viewers to do it for longer.😊

I tried this for the first time. I had to get on the floor because the bed was too soft. My legs feel better. I have swelling and started wearing compression sockings yesterday. This will be a nice add on to get my feet and ankles to look the way they once did. You are wonderful. I love the sound of your voice. It makes me feel at home with a friend. Thank you.

You can wear stretch leggings/tights from the sports depth of your store. These are stronger than compression stockings, much cheaper and look modern. Nobody will guess why you are wearing them and they really work, apart from your foot area. I have developed an ankle vein below the tights but they rest of my legs are WAY better and don't hurt unless I'm standing still for hours.

Love this video, I feel pressure in my calves when I sit down at the computer or sewing machine for more than 30 minutes. So I tried this video today because I was thinking (maybe something is going on with the valves in my legs?). These exercises completely got rid of the pressure in my lower legs. Now I will do these exercises once an hour so I can sit at my sewing machine & quilt for longer periods without having so much pressure in my calves. Thank you Imi, this one is very helpful.

I also recommend legs up the wall, for about 20 minutes. Very relaxing, reverses blood flow and is very soothing for cramps, low back ache and great for digestion.

So the wall with your legs up is helpful for leg cramps. I suffer with nocturnal leg cramps most every night!!!..due to my back??

@@janashapiro905 leg cramps are often due to chronic dehydration, and magnesium deficiency as well. Be sure you are drinking enough pure water. Other liquids are not the same and don't count towards your hydration needs. Try focusing on water intake and taking some magnesium, especially before bed. Legs up the wall helps many things but having back issues and leg cramps sounds like something else is going on. Try these suggestions for a while, do legs up the wall nightly, before bed, and see how you feel. :)

Obviously, as you know, this is a different system of yoga based on qigong & kundalini. It’s more vibrant and subtle than hatha. In my opinion, more effective for beginners who might get bored with just keeping their leg up the wall. I “recommend” you observe how differently and more energetic you feel after 100 days of qigong/bigan/or kundalini 😉

I love this video. I have been doing the kidney and liver ( and several others) exercises for about 1.5 months now. This video combines all my favorite exercises. I’m 70 and have had varicose veins for a long time. I sure hope this helps! Thank you Imi!❤❤❤

I've found quite a few 10-15 min Qi Gong / Tai Chi videos online. They help SO much with energy, So does IMI! I do a minimum of 3 per day. This is one i do after lunch or in the evening. I love Just Swing Leg in the morning. Also the waist slimming Just Swing Arms ones.

Thank you. Your exercises and knowledge is appreciated.. These exercises can have an emotional component. Try, while laying down, running your feet. Another is while shaking feel anxious. Moving from feeling anxiety to release of anxiety. Exrrcise moves insulin into the muscles and all cells benefitting from homeostasis.
