A year ago, a very good friend died. Also, on Christmas, I miss my dad a lot. What I want to say: Christmas is both wonderful and also painful (at least it is for me). For people who live alone, the sauce can be divided into four to six servings, and frozen in individual portions. Pull one out to thaw, microwave to heat to bubbling, then crack the egg on top. Cover and wait until the egg is done, then sprinkle with feta. Serve with baguette

Interesting Dish. However, better remove (or at least decrease) tomato paste and replace it by fresh diced tomatos. Also remove feta and cinammon, which can be replaced by cumin.
