Kiran ji aapke videos bahot hi inspire krte hai. Meri bhi weightloss journey aapki hi trh hai. Means mai abhi initial stage me hi hu. Mera bhi weight second pregnancy me bahot gain ho gaya tha. Maine 12 kg loose kiya lekin abhi bhi healthy lifestyle me nahi hu. Chhoti beti 2 saal ki aur beta 5 saal ka hai. Khud ke liye time nikal pana thoda mushkil lgta hai. Lekin jb bhi apke videos dekhti hu to lgta hai ki inhone kiya hai to mai bhi krungi. Bhle hi thoda der se hi kyu na ho. Love from Maharashtra.

Hello dear Kiran ji, I'm watching your videos from the past 6 months and had reduced my weight too.. But since we have shifted to Udaipur, past 15-20 days, I have lost my motivation in household chores and have gained weight also.. Not only shifting but my mother is suffering from brain cancer, that stress has taken a toll too.. After watching your video, I had tears in my eyes as to how careless have I been from some time now.. Thank you for sharing this part of your motivation.. I will plant it and let it grow again.. Just felt like sharing this with you as I cannot speak to my mother due to her treatment.. She is just like you and hence in you I see her.. Really inspiring. Mera bhi first delivery ke baad wait normal raha tha lekin second delivery ke baad aapki hi tarah wait bahut jayada ho gaya hai aur kam nahi ho raha Chita beta bi two years ka ho gaya hai. Hello mam, apne weight loose karne ka jo tareeka bataya wo jabardast hai Maine bhi apna weight 10-12 kg Kam kar liya bina bhooke rahe bina kuch bhi totally skip karke. Aur ab mai apne weight Ko maintain rakhna bhi janti hun. Thank u so much for giving us such real guidance of weight loosing.

Your story in ur teens is same like mine. It’s all about proper education and guidance which Indian girls even boys don’t get in heath and many other aspects too. It takes courage to say to anyone that I have an eating disorder cause no one understands especially back then when we were growing up. You are doing great job and creating lot of social awareness 👍🏼😊

Meine apse inspired ho kar 3 mahinose subhah jaldi uthna excise kara shuru kiya hai ..meine ye diside kiya tha ke jab tak koi muze ye na kahe are tumhar vajan Kam ho Gaya hai tab tak weight check nahi karungi...I am really glad to say muze ab aise comments mil rahe hai.. so I am gon to check my weight on 31st December ...ta ki muze agle saal ke liye plan karna hai kya improvement karni padhegi ...I will definitely share with you result...thanks a lot mam

Hi Kiran, I wanted to ask you what is your weight at present? And with your current fitness regime and food intake, are you still losing weight or is your weight being maintained? And my last question is do you still follow intermittent fasting? I would love a What I eat in a day video. Now I have maintained my weight on57 to58 kgs..I do intermittent fasting when I feel bloating etc..I do it for few days and then come back to my normal diet..I have learnt to listen my body..soon will be make a video on my diet pattern

Love these types of vlogs..thku..I started my weight control 69 kg...aur last 60 pur maitntain aab tak..40 plus hoo ...kabhi bhi torcher kiye bina...regular walk plus yog...plus less oily and no street food
