The Shark Navigator Lift Away - Demo & Maintenance. The Shark Vacuum is a great vacuum for the RV. Our other vacuum died and was very old. The Shark Navigator is light weight, coming in at 12.5 pounds. We give our review of the Shark vacuum along with a demo and even show how to clean all the filters, which is about the only maintenance required on the vacuum. In our opinion the Shark Navigator Lift Away NV352 is the best upright vacuum we could have chosen for our RV vacuum.

Thank you so much for your explanation of this Shark. Unable to find my manual and this was extremely helpful. Had to replace canister because of broken clips. Also purchased new filters since never cleaned old ones. Now I can operate my “new” vacuum. Thanks again!

A Navigator Lift away came to me. I have my original handheld Shark too. Wow what an upgrade in power. Three of my tools are useable on this good machine. The purple model. Yippee skippee cleaning a carpeted house.

Great review, especially demonstrating the maintenance! Gotta see if our 35' class A has an adequately sized closet. We've been wanting one for a while as taking the RV to the house to vacuum it, or driving the vacuum over to the storage yard is a hassle.

Great review. We bought a Shark about a year ago. My husband does most of the vacuuming as it’s very difficult for me to use the swivel head with the arthritis in my wrists. I much prefer the old fashion upright vacuums, but it seems they are all going toward the swivel heads.

Hi Jean. We were surprised at the suction power that the Shark has. We have been using a Kenmore canister vacuum for as long as we can remember and was shocked to see the difference. To be fair, the Kenmore is very old and gave us many years of service. 😀

Houses vacuum after 2 years now? I'm in the process of buying a vacuum, because I have a Dirt Devil and a 3 years is completely broke down. Wheels fall off, the suction is very weak, brush not spinning😕

LOL - our 10 year old Kenmore just started acting up in the last couple weeks. Suction is still good, but there appears to be a wiring issue between the handle switch and the beater head. Replaced some parts and it worked for a bit, but alas . . . . I was going to start looking for a more lightweight upright and really appreciated your comprehensive review. We are now petless, but have both carpeting and had surfaces, so this looks like a contender. PS - I assume you've trashed the Kenmore, because we might be able to make a whole out of the sum of our parts. I'm pretty sure it's the same model.

Darn, wish we had known, we threw it away when we were in Contoocook, NH a week ago. We had the same problem with the wiring too and if you noticed in the video, the Kenmore was in 2 colors. We already mixed and matched parts with an older one we had. LOL Cheryl said to to you, that we would purchase this for a house too. When and if that time comes. 😀

Thank you! the Shark Navigator Lift Away NV 352 has been around for over 10 years. The reviews still are fantastic on it and the price was right for what we needed. Our RV is about 38' in length, by plugging it in to an outlet in the middle of the rig, it reaches everywhere without a problem and is always at full power. This way we never need to worry if it's charge enough. Plus it fit nicely into one of the closets inside. The Kenmore was big and bulky, we had to store that in an outside compartment. 😀
