I think the video quality is good and definitely agree with using manual exposure and not auto even if available as it all feels more realistic. The only thing that can be improved, to my liking of course, is that you add some shadow detail in post, just so that it doesn't get that much dark when you're passing through shady tree areas. This all very subjective of course, maybe you like the crunched shadows. Just some feedback from my end. Thanks for the vids Shean, I particularly loved your Ireland videos and also the ones you made with Andymancam which are always hilarious and fun to watch, there's a great dynamic between you two.

That's why I mentioned in the video that the ND filter on my helmet was a stage too dark. I also didn't film in 10 bit D-log so will have lost a bit of detail in the colours. As I said this was literally the first run out, so dialing in the best settings will take a few more rides out 👍😜

Merry Xmas, enjoyed the Ireland trip it's on my list next year having done Scotland the last two years.audio comes across well.can I ask how you find the shoei gt air I'm looking at this and the neotec 3 flip up helmets .your not the only one to feel under the weather before Christmas, had a touch of man flu myself ,I'll feel better after a few pints of Guinness next week ,have a good one ,look forward to some more content when life allows and weather plays ball

Have tried a few different helmet brands, but nothing fits my melon as good as a shoei, it's a great helmet.

I’ve got the DJI action 4 with the wireless mic and use the remote from DJI that works really well well 👍keep up the great vids Shaun

It really is top-notch! Stills needs playing with to really get it dialled in, but I'm pleased with the first time out.

Totally agree about the DJI mate. I bought a 4 a few weeks ago and a wireless mic 2, then bought the mini mic but found it not as good as the mic 2, too much noise…literally took delivery of the 5 today so gonna put the 4 on Helen’s helmet and the 5 on mine, might need to purchase another mic 2 and sell the mini mic….maybe need do a bit more testing, great vid and all the best from Simmo n Helen

Sean, Well done for getting out to give us all some content. Notwithstanding the great ease of use with DJI mic set up which has been great for moto vlogging I have to say the image quality has deteriorated in my opinion. Heavy contrast, lots of black shadows with no detail and overly sharpened image. GoPro has its haters but for me, in bright conditions the image quality is unmatched. I know the overall package offered by DJI is impressive but for me the image quality alone falls short of GoPro.

I did lob a LUT over the top, this isn't what comes straight out of the camera.
