When you are guiding for shavasana there shouldn't be any music. Music is disturbing..

Shavasana karne k baad kis side se uthen ? Left or Right ? Kuch log to left side kehte hain...

Turn towards your right side stay for couple of seconds on your right side and then with support of left hand get up.

The music doesn’t allow one to relax in savasana… the guided voice is good but pls consider changing the music to something more soothing

Shavasan is good. But after that imigiat advertisement is bad. Before shavasan there is advertisement is ok.

Don’t say relaxed many time it’s irritating. Shavasana is for relaxing purpose and it should be irritating. I personally feel it is not helpful
