Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - This yoga video is a 10-minute Guided Relaxation Pose. Savasana (Corpse Pose) is the most important part of our practice. Do this at the end of your yoga session or just on its own to help you unwind from the day. If there is any discomfort in the pose, you might try using some props: pillow/bolster under the thighs, blanket/pillow under the head, blanket all over the body to keep you warm, eye pillow, etc. The first few minutes, I will be guiding you through a relaxing body scan. This is followed by a few minutes of no talking (just nature sounds in the background). We end the practice together, reawakening slowly and mindfully.
