We have a trained operational security and medical response teams. We train monthly and pray we never have to use it, but this day and age we all need to be prepared.

Sounds like this was not really what we should call a "church shooting". Just like the vast majority of the "more than one per day" of "school shootings" - It is usually young, black male gang members, finding and shooting at rival, young, black male gang members. They go where they know their target's schedule, and can reasonably expect that the location will be a gun free zone. This was another shooting like the vast majority of shootings in this country. Gang on gang. It happened to be where these particular gang members were that day - at a church.
