Dear Hassan, thank you for the great explanations. Should we use this datalayer script instead of the one from the purchase conversion tracking video, and create two tags (1 for tracking, the other for remarketing) from this datalayer alone?

Hi. Both the dataLayer are the same. You can use either one and create two tags in GTM

Audit, to check if the tracking is working fine. Also In April, google released some 3rd party cookie restrictions: blog.google/products/chrome/privacy-sandbox-tracking-protection/ that might be the cause. However first step is to audit, and find the cause.
