This is an amazingly helpful video. Thank you. I recently began working as a rehab aide for a physical therapy clinic and this information really helps clarify rotator cuff exercises.

Hi Tim- I went through the bicep tenodesis and slap repair on October 1st . My shoulder is still very stiff and have very minimal external rotation. I am going through MUA this Friday. Any suggestions on post MUA procedure.

Hey Tim, great content. I’ve got a partial thickness (6mmx2mm) superspinatus tear and biceps tendonitis. My ROM is fine and I’m never really in pain, just discomfort. How long should I try PT before looking at other options. My doc and PT all believe I’ll heal in time. I can do all these exercise without issue.

Hmm perhaps 6 months and if your progress plateau seek intervention options if you need. However if there is no pain and intervention may not fix just “discomfort”. Perhaps go more in-depth with your rehab. Have a look at my program: www.physiorehab.com/rehab-programs-shoulder-injury-surgery-rehab

I have a lot of pain in front of shoulder and the tendons in between the bicep and tricep (inside) Any exercises you know of that will hit those other tendons?

@@physiorehab I’m not sure of the name because I can’t seem to find it on the internet but the pain goes from the inner forearm all the way through the middle of bicep and tricep up in to my armpit and my front delt. I’m thinking it’s a mixture of tendons. I hope I can get an MRI one day soon.
