This whole week Jake has looked so happy putting Steve through this. I bet he’s been talking smack to Steve about not working out much the past few months and now he’s getting to kick him back into shape.

I super appreciate all the tips and advise you give to help protect other muscles. I fractured my spine so I am always trying to figure out how to best protect that.

doing face pulls after back day...is it ok?? i mean we had already trained rear delt while training back the previous day..

Gotta Q about the rear delt raise. Is there much of a difference, as in targeted muscles, between holding the DB with a neutral, pronated or supinated grip?
