That is soooo good. Right when she starts the bridge the look on her face she just knows she's Killin' It. One of the greatest singer/songwriters doing one of her best songs. Would have been cool to be there. Stand up bass is the perfect touch.

Agree! Her rare talent and original song writing propelled her to musical stardom. Unlike today’s singers who are only able to sing other’s song’s karaoke style. Sure there are some great voices out there, but they will never make it big like Carole King. You don’t become successful unless who are an original. We all can sing karaoke! And that is what every singer is today. Like buskers in Dublin.

This is absolutely amazing..brilliant. this is from the Oakland concert. Another video natural woman from that same concert has been on the tube for a few years. I actually just wrote to her daughter about the Oakland concert...Carnegie hall concert..the mcgovern four concert and the central park concert...urging her to do something to release these in some type of package for her fans. If you have time send sherry goffin a similar request!!

@@andrewnewman8677 Andrew on the tube you can listen to two concerts (boston & Seattle) live no video. I've over the years will play them on a Saturday or Sunday. They are both exceptional. Her piano phenomenal...the tightness with band members fantastic...she calls waddy her identical sister.lmao. so her banter with the audience alot of fun...too many highlights from both concerts...but she slays "music " "alabaster lady" etc...the Boston concert is a make up concert a little over 2 hours.

Actually it’s superior to Taylor’s version….yes Taylor has a good cover but king delivers an absolutely authentic song that is directly from the source,the soul,heart,hook,melody,all king and no one can duplicate that.
