Shrimp and Mixed Bean Salad

This recipe is especially great in the spring time, when the beans are still fresh and abundantly available. I don’t think there has ever been a buffet-style meal at my house where this salad has not been on the table, and rarely is there any left over. I enjoy this recipe when made with warm shrimp and beans, but these can both be cooked and chilled in advance, perfect during these warm summer months. Great meal! I like "squeeze-shooting" fava beans directly into my mouth, lol. But I never heard of cranberry beans, I gotta try some of that. And toasted garlic bread - again, that's my kind of meal to enjoy with olive oil, Burrata, or pasta sauces!!!
