Shrimp Scampi Dip

Classic Italian dish turned into a dip. Delicious!!
Ingredients:
2 TBS butter
12 oz of chopped shrimp that's been cleaned and deveined
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/3 cup of white wine or you can substitute with chicken broth
2 TBS fresh squeezed lemon
salt & pepper to taste
4 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream
3 TBS mayonnaise
2 TBS of fresh chopped parsley
1 cup of shredded mozzarella divided
2 TBS grated Parmesan
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until golden on top. Let rest at least 20 minutes before serving

Dianna this dip looks superb! I would definitely serve it with crostini! Unfortunately this weekend a bad shrimp made me ill .However ,I have printed off this recipe for when I can face shrimp again. It might take at least a week :P
