This is gonna be a real Gen Z comment, but I only really know Taye Diggs from social media and watching his stuff retroactively, but man I love his energy so much. This is such nice episode, and that’s cuz my brain also zips a mile a minute. I’m autistic and I can really relate to feeling so much all the time. Growth is hard when you’re trying to get your sensory inputs in order, but it’s never impossible. I decided a few years ago to have more gratitude in myself and be with my loved ones without being so guarded. Today I feels it so much more natural to do than it ever has.

I am in my own head night and day, so I looked at Taye like I crossed paths with a familiar person not a celebrity. Love this talk! When he talked about his divorce and how he felt he could not show himself but Adina did and that he was holding her back and that she let go afterwards and was more herself. I am Adina in my relationship and I feel I need to be my full self! He is doing what so so many men especially black men need to be more self aware.
