Think again because those cigarettes could be eating away at your hard-earned gains.
Smoking is not only detrimental to your cardiovascular health but also to your muscle mass.
A study published in the American Journal of Physiology found that smoking impairs muscle protein synthesis, the process by which muscles repair and grow.
Toxic substances found in cigarettes lead to increased levels of myostatin, a protein that inhibits muscle growth.
Additionally, smoking reduces blood flow to your muscles. This deprives them of essential nutrients and oxygen needed for recovery and growth.
So, If you're serious about your fitness goals, quitting smoking is a step you must take to preserve and build muscle mass.

I don't have older brother but he replace that place in my life. Even it's his 1 min shorts or fitness video everything is much needed and I followed to gain myself better. The real true person to call as "INFLUENCER"
