Imagine breaking the longest fast of the week, if you practice fasting, eating 30ozs of food and not even feeling like you've eaten because your body is ready an anticipating where to distribute nutrients. Of course I still go for my post meal walk but I'm not bloated and I'm not feeling fatigued or inflamed from the food, because my metabolism is that efficient. Definitely a good sign

I'm sure we all can agree that it's easier to wipe the jelly off of the knife than it is the peanut butter, but I'm sure we all could also agree that nobody wants soggy bread and doing the jelly first will increase the amount of sogginess to that first slice of bread during the time of fighting the peanut butter😂😂😂

How do you submit question? On comments? I know how much “pounds of muscle” you can put on as a noob your first year but do you have examples of how long a natural transformation takes?

I think it's 2-3' possibly 4 per month. Natural transformation is going to depend on your height and diet. If you're 5'9 and below ull put on muscle, taller you might look DYEL for a couple years
