Do you or your partner have low testosterone? Not sure? Well, here are some of the signs
You're overweight or obese
No sex drive
You don't wake up with morning wood
You're having trouble conceiving if you're trying to have a baby
You're eating a plant-based diet
You’re losing hair all over your body
Here’s a few things to combat this:
Eat more meat and saturated fat. Stearic acid in saturated fat is an aromatase inhibitor and prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen
Get more sunlight - vitamin D deficiencies are closely linked to low testosterone levels. Seriously do this one. Testosterone is life and the sun creates all life.
Stop exposing yourself to plastics - Only drink liquids out of steel or glass and don’t drink out of cans or throw-away coffee cups since they often contain plastic liners, most likely made of BPA, BPS or BPF
Stop drinking alcohol - it’s estrogenic and increases cortisol, which is going to further lower your testosterone levels
Sleep more and stop eating a plant-based diet. Plant-based nutrition is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids which are estrogenic and increase cortisol. This includes crappy ultra-processed foods too

@SB_1357yep that was a bad picture he showed because he said hair all over your body not necessarily hair on your head. Having high testosterone but not too high in the scalp would be good for hair growth

Low and also high testosterone causes it, but it's not a direct reason. Your genetics determine how much and how fast you will lose it. Also diet and your lifestyle affects.

No it's caused by DHT which is a byproduct of testosterone.

No such thing as bad/good cholesterol. It's just one molecule. LDL is essential.

I don't drink alcohol, I workout 2 hours a day 5 days a week (strength training, cardio & stretching) , I eat a balanced diet with a lot of carbs , meat based protein, plenty fruits & vegetables (5 a day) , small amounts of fat (ice cream, donuts, apple pie) plus healthier fats from avocado & nuts , i drink mostly water 💧 & sometimes tea & yes I drink soy milk (you want high testosterone but not too high & also need small amounts of estrogen, don't forget that men have 1 X chromosome too) as well as almond milk & cows milk. My sex drive is through the roof & I want sex 4 times a day even if I don't get morning wood & my sleeping patterns are honestly terrible & need improvement too 4-6 hours a day when I should be getting 7-8 😴

If you do extremely hard work everyday your body will recover faster, at least for me. If you don’t got morning wood are you getting enough cholesterol and steric acid?
