Get more sunlight - vitamin D deficiencies are closely linked to low testosterone levels. Seriously do this one. Testosterone is life and the sun creates all life.
Stop exposing yourself to plastics - Only drink liquids out of steel or glass and don’t drink out of cans or throw-away coffee cups since they often contain plastic liners, most likely made of BPA, BPS or BPF
Stop drinking alcohol - it’s estrogenic and increases cortisol, which is going to further lower your testosterone levels
Sleep more and stop eating a plant-based diet. Plant-based nutrition is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids which are estrogenic and increase cortisol. This includes crappy ultra-processed foods too
