Thinking about weightlifting, If I know that I don’t have 12-16 weeks for consistent programming (for example because I will have to go away with work), how should I go about making the most of the training time I do have? Run maintainance? Mini blocks?

At what point do you decide someone is so bad at every technical aspect of a snatch or clean and jerk that they don’t do any variations at all, or do you go the other way and do every variation imaginable to give each aspect of the technique some work Asking not for a mate, but for me

Do you recommend unracking the bar in the squat with one foot ahead (as in the 290kg clip) of the other or with the feet are aligned under the bar?

Am I the only one that is utterly exhausted by PM sessions? I always have tired past 7pm as a kid, but as an adult this has gotten worse. Between coaching + parenting by the time the evening is done I am spent. I have a much better go of it training at 5am

What do you guys suggest for people (like me) who just hate squats? Can you get the benefits from leg press and other machines?

What steps can I take to improve the first rep of my Behind the Neck Press or Push Press sets? The load is so much lighter than my back squat, so it's sometimes hard to feel how heavy the weight resting on my upper back actually is until I start pressing. This can result in, for example, a set of 5 starting off with 1 rep that is surprisingly much shakier than the remaining 4 reps.
