And now for something completely different as we were both filming at Ashchurch! You from the 170 and me from Platform 1! Brilliant video as a whole, Goose Shots of the Pioneer, Them Sexy Sprinters, GWR HSTs and even a XC HST which is very rare now.. Yes BTM has had new Tracks and ballast put in which was a nightmare last year. Was generally cheering you on to make your Connection! Yet another fantastic Simontrains Railway Journeys and it was very enjoyable to watch too I’m glad you managed to catch the Railtour at Birmingham New Street and Gloucester too and it must of being amazing to travel on the Castle Class 43s while you was traveling from different stations I really did enjoy watching plenty of Class 43 action in this Railway Journeys there such iconic trains and it fantastic to see them still in service this was absolutely fantastic Simontrains and I’m really looking forward to your next adventure wherever it may take you until then keep on being awesome keep up the good work take care my friend and stay safe

Brilliant Railway journey i love Bristol TM i went there last year for a day trip for the first time in a while and my first time since the class 165 166s moved over from my local area but to be honest for me its weird to see them running in the Bristol area and weird that i rode one from Bristol to Westbury but i do miss the class 150s in the Bristol and Westbury area even tho theres still some 158s but anyway im loving Gloucester Filton abbey wood and Bristol parkway keep up the awesome work

Great vlog Simon. Great too see the charter train in Birmingham New St, Gloucester station is nice although I didn’t get any crosscountry through there thanks to the staff shortages. Glad you enjoyed filming at Bristol too. I’ve made some pretty quick connections in New St recently too. Can’t wait for next one!

No Simon it's the same, Bristol Temple Meads junction into the station has had a massive upgrade/change recently so that why it looks brand new because it is. Looks like you had fun. On Sundays GWR run a few services from Worcester to Bristol and back again using HSTs if you didn't know. Great video.

Great vid Simon in my neck of the woods, yes you are correct the jct at BTM was completely ripped up and changed last year to put easier access for the trains to enter the station

I have rode on charters before and filmed videos, the last one was a journey to Blackpool back in 2019 but with the prices and the pandemic have put me off a bit but it's more fun chasing them than riding them (even know it also fun as well)
