• Honey: 2 tsp 🍯
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add the egg, melted butter, and warm milk.
Mix until you have a smooth dough.
2. Knead and Rise:
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it’s elastic.
Place it back in the bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
3. Shape the Simit:
