Chokwe I could trust you if you give me some references, but I am quite sure that most the extreme exercises you see in the video are an insult to the bio-mechanic of your joints
@123prova8 жыл бұрын
there is no point discussing this further unless one of us will bring "scientific" references. I could take my experience as I said (training 6-7 years with body weight , including leverages on shoulders). Despite my exercises were quite basic and despite warming up and stretching out...I had problem at my shoulder for two times. I cannot exclude that being 32 could be the reason..... but still, I want to discourage people that are either inspired or that are trying to reach the routine level in this video since you can be healthy and build good looking body without taking risks and spending less time for your workout. Then, of course, if you want to show off in public park and (try to) impress girls (or man.. if you prefer)....it is a different matter.... .

@@leonardogarofalo7427 bro I feel confused cause people say they can't do tuck planche for more than a few seconds after training for over a year, but I've been trying it for days (like I practice it one day, then maybe practice two days later, and then practice the next day etc, stretching my practice days to less than ten days) and I can already hold a tuck planche for about three seconds now, mind you after only less than ten days of practice combined. @3088dude6 жыл бұрын
with bodybuilding u mainly use machines and weights. You only need to move your selected muscles from point A to point B with the weight applied. Simply repeat, rest and repeat. now what you just saw is something that your body needs to get used to and takes WAY longer. It's very hard to move it to the next level if you use your own body weight cause your weight doesn't change alot in a short period of time. also this doesn't only take strenght, dedication and precision, also you actually need to balance your whole body to just do a planche pushup for example.

For those of you that were impressed by what he does at 2:10 , I got the explanation: he is using the momentum he is producing with his feet , it is obvious at 2:15 . So when his arm is on the ground , he lowers his feet and lowercore, and then with the hand still on the ground , he kicks his feet up (of course his single hand must push the floor on the fraction of second that this pushing occurs) so at the right time he releases his hand from the floor and have enough time to touch his shoulder. It is still very impressive , I am not here to say it is easy(but not as hard as for example what he does at 4:58) , just to say it is not as hard as it seems (still only Olympiad-level gymnast athletes can do such things so only a few hundred people in the world), and since I have studied Physics ,I always have an eye for such details.
