可以用Cast iron pot ,要用black interior,同埋注意番不可以乾燒,要開火前落咗一層油先,因為Cast iron pot 係有一層Coating, 所有有coating嘅廚具都不宜乾燒,我相信用Cast iron pot都應該好好味, 因為佢都夠高溫。我差唔多個個禮拜都有食譜分享,好開心你鍾意睇😁 多謝你!大家都新年快樂🥂😁
