I really love this tea. Will definitely try your recipe. What's the correct way to store it. I kept my store bought jar at room temperature.

Thank you Sandra :) I store mine in the fridge. Store-bought jar may have preservatives hence it is ok to be at room temperature.

Can I change sugar for sweetener or honey?

yes you can change with honey but the taste of honey may be a little too strong :) Not too sure with sweetener though, sorry :(
