If we are looking at the same flower it was a piping tip with a jagged edge. Ateco #32

What's your frosting recipe, or do you buy it pre-made?

I use a standard American Buttercream recipe. I also have purchased buttercream from CK Products. It is a really good crusting buttercream and I think it is a perfect "beginner" buttercream to work on your technique.

This was CK buttercream but you can also use 2 sticks of butter 3 tsp vanilla 4 cups of powdered sugar 2 to 3 tbls of milk
