To provide some real answers to Craig's mythical strength: I believe Craig offers truths amongst his jokes. - It is fact that up to 65% of grip strength is genetically determined. - Bodyweight Plyometric exercises and stretching, does strengthen tendons - I believe Craig has strong tendons which helps him to be strong relative to his size, strong in all positions, and to have robust joints. - One maximal strength exercise per day would also check out as true. Low rep high load exercises also provide great strength over size returns, whilst suiting his self admitted laziness - it's a lot easier to train this way than high output physically demanding hypertrophy or HIIT style workouts. Based on his developed hamstrings, back and forearms yet lack of chest and quads, I would venture to say that Craig primarily favours deadlifts for this exercise. - Personally I think the rings are a great addition to this style of training
