Hi Anwesha, I made your dal recipe with leftover dal. I mixed the dal with rawa but unfortunately I don't have an appe maker so I just made it like a patty and shallow fried it in a pan.. It was very nice.. Thanks for the delicious recipe. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Anvesha can u advise me? Are cheese slices healthy .. like occasionally I make a sandwich with omelette and wheat bread and a cheese slice .. so u think it will make me fat? How many times can I eat it in a week .. I would really love to hear ur advice

Very realistic plans and yummy too! I lost 9kgs excess weight with Anwesha’s plans over 4 months. The approach to food is sustainable too! Would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to go for it!
