Thank you so much!! Your method is the best and the easiest on KZbin! I tried this one and the white tapioca pearls couple of times, a bit time consuming but worth it. However cooking the brown peals takes longer than 3 mins, mine takes around 20 mins.

Thanks for the recipe it took 2,5 hours to make but it turned out really good, tip low heat is from 1-3 on a stove and medium is 4-6 and high is 7-9 and olso it takes about 20 minutes to stir the start mixture so be patient, my boba kinda got ruined when i was boiling it but thats okay. I hope yall like it ( the boba not my comment) 😂 yea bye. Note: it kinda has cornstarch aftertaste :( but its good anyway

Yes you can but once refrigerated for few hours the boba will gradually harden .

Ms Olivia Wang , I have a video a year ago using tapioca starch, and I also made another video the Simplified Method using tapioca starch too. I also have a video using arrowroot starch . Yes Tapioca starch is the best no doubt about it . A lot of people asking me if they can use cornstarch instead of tapioca starch because they can’t find tapioca starch . So I tried and found out a different method that work using cornstarch. This might not taste exactly the same with tapioca starch but near. . Believe me it works. Thank you very much.
