I’ll write em all down for you! 16oz macaroni 1 Tsp paprika 1 Tsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp season all salt 1 Tsp tonys creole 2.5tbsp sweetened condensed milk 3tbsp butter (to cooked pasta) Roux and cheese sauce: 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 stick butter 1.5 cups milk 1/2 cup half n half 8oz sharp cheddar,sharp white cheddar, colby jack, mozzarella 16oz velveeta Cream cheese 8oz sour cream 2 eggs (to pasta) 8oz mild cheddar for topping Remaining kerrygold to top (5tbsp) And my god on today there you have it

This man’s recipe is everything! Trust his process and believe this gonna cost $70 or More… even more if you truffle it. It is the best Mac around. I don’t know this Chef but he literally does it like I do it….❤ Oh no Philadelphia with me, because it neutralizes the flavor and renders it flat ( to Me), and no seasonal salt…..Tony’ssss. I use a Cajun seasoning all throughout, but the secret 🤫 ingredient sweetened condensed milk my Unc taught me that…people don’t know! Oh I got two more classics that not alot of folks use. Mustard….
