This drill really brings the focus on the leg drive / catch and positioning ( as stated ! ) , doing the mill with lighter weights I could strong-arm the pullover without putting much leg into it, the back-forth motion of the three count naturally brings the hip-legs into the movement to kill the momentum and then swing back, this should create technique memory for the bigger weights...that's my current take on it ! Great drill thanks Mark

Too much energy in shoulder causing hurts? Hold my "beer" - I hurt myself by slamming a 15# club right into my knee-cap with this drill. I think I missed the cue about "don't move your feet." 🤞🏽just sore for a bit. A ~couple months into club bells, overall happy with them - great content Mark.

At 3:20 that catch looked a tad wobbly and close to your face. I'm not taking anything away from you mister Wildman. You obviously are very, very good at this and super well informed. I've seen many of your videos and have seen you warn against smacking yourself in the face with a steel club. It really worries me that I may in fact do that to myself. What technique safegaurds do you suggest to avoid such a thing?
