@@chancestiles3456 Absolutely. It means you haven't trained it like that before. You have to train it consistently or it'll always be sore. If you train it say once or twice a week, after the first two or three weeks, your body will begin to stop getting sore after training

I really like your Rear Delt Fly exercise. It's weird because I thought of that exercise on my own but I didnt know if it would work. I honestly haven't seen anybody else do those so I wasn't sure until I saw you do it. Thanks for showing it again. The 1st 2 vids you showed that exercise it was hard to see what you do with your hands and arms when they are out in front. This vid shows that better but if you show it again it might also be a good idea to show a side angle so we know how far back to bring our elbows etc. As always, thanks for your vids!!
