You know what this was helpful. Especially during lockdown, I was stressing that I didn't have sufficient weight to do a full workout, as most workout use 2 dumbbells and my range of weight is limited.

Thanks man ! It really helps. I have trained calisthenics 3 half year and this is the 4th months due to movent control, and yes the public park is closed, playground and gym as well. Been stuck with push up, and 1 dumbbell 🥲 and yes this is the 3rd times mco kept on happening over and over.

so I know this video is old but I got my dumbbells a few days ago so I start to search up some back work out with one dumbbell and you came up and I decide to check out some of your other one dumbbell work outs and I like them so I decide to put them in a playlist since I feel like I may forget how to do it fully so ya now for me I start at 10 pm and finished around 11:30 but I meant to comment on this video but I will be definitely be liking all your video and subing to lol

@@chancestiles3456 Absolutely. It means you haven't trained it like that before. You have to train it consistently or it'll always be sore. If you train it say once or twice a week, after the first two or three weeks, your body will begin to stop getting sore after training

I really like your Rear Delt Fly exercise. It's weird because I thought of that exercise on my own but I didnt know if it would work. I honestly haven't seen anybody else do those so I wasn't sure until I saw you do it. Thanks for showing it again. The 1st 2 vids you showed that exercise it was hard to see what you do with your hands and arms when they are out in front. This vid shows that better but if you show it again it might also be a good idea to show a side angle so we know how far back to bring our elbows etc. As always, thanks for your vids!!

Be careful while doing leaning rear delts flys it can cause injury if u do it fast just be patient i got chest pain and it rest me for whole 1 week now im back hitting them again
