Being afraid of abandonment is a self fulfilling prophecy by a number Avoident. They engineer the abandonment by how they refuse to be available emotional. If they refuse to take responsibility for their actions then no one can ever make them feel secure

Relationship Agreements that are mutually created and agreed to being honored repeatedly and consistently over time does. The Experience of the relationship, not the the Label on it is where safety and security is built.

It wasn’t that way in my situation, he said I was his girlfriend and then he pulled away for no reason slow motion. He has done it before he monkey branched! So it doesn’t matter what he calls one, they’re still cheaters and liars, and messed up people

I wish a video where it shows: the "why" this type of break-ups lasts more than others and how it changes the concept of relations. The reasons, not that much for those who have been living these grieves. More focused on being understood by those who are suppost to be our support( friends/family..etc) and also for avoidants XD ( that I know that is not highly likely to be understood)
