Good Day, Doc l have been following almost all your videos .l am a post stroke patient since Pandemic time a 74 years old an trying to do by myself , l tried twice in a rehabilitation centre of a well known hospital but not satisfied with the service , it's good that like you a Filipino by blood shares your professional talent to us to do by ourselves the good excersises to help your kababayans , like me a senior citizen not enough money to go rehabilitation centre paying but not satisfied with the PT therapist and doctor attending sometimes they cater 2 to 3 patients in one PT therapist but you are paying the service Thank you very much 🙏 and kind enough t share your videos to us GOD bless 🙏 and good health always💖🙏

Very helpful video. I’m going to try it becausei fall down on the street face on the ground causing swollen and hematoma due to too much fatigue works for an event for two straight days i felt the tiredness on my left leg crumps but i insisted one month passed and i still have pains and crumps when i amstanding i have to fold my foot to ease the pain. Thank you for sharing your video, to thank you for this, now i’m your new subscriber. Hope to see more videos to follow. By the way i’m 70 y/o 😊😌

Hi there I've just finished following you. Very good except I had problems with my fingers in-between my toes, ouch. Other than that really enjoyed and I'll continue with them, along with others. I have varicose veins and circulation problems. The above long hours sitting work and very little exercise. Now I'm retired I've all time to spend on me and getting my veins, circulation, hopefully in tip top shape with your program a long with others that I do daily. I thank🙏 you sincerely. Forgot to mention, I also have numbness one foot only, strange I'm thinking🙄🤔

Maayung gabii nimo Nathan, balik ulit ako dito sa Channel mo, nag therapy ako ngaun, May 13 inoperahan ako sa likod L3-L4 endoscopie procedure. Since Februari stay at home na ako before my operation almost one month na halos di na ako makalakad. Sinubukan ko lahat na pwedeng gawin dahil ayaw ko magpaopera kaso kahit ang injection sa likod ko ayaw na tumalab, sa takot kung uminum ng mga pain meds., opera din pala ang bagsak ko. Salamat kaau kay tungud sa imong channel pag wala koy session sa akong PT diri ko sa channel nimo gapangita ug exercises. Toe wiggling ug ang last exercise lisud pa para sa akoa plus ang akong left leg binhud ra gihapon. Hapit ko kalimot mag comment da #neuroflex. ❤
