Well it's not even a secret, everyone know your muscles will getting big or increase 20-30% of the size after pump or doing constant hard work such lifting something, ect While steroids will increase 70-80% of the muscles size You should know the difference, sure steroids give more increase, but it's dangerous for your healthy and the effect duration is to low. The next day you'll look skinny again lmao

At the end, if you’re happy with who you are, that’s all that matters. Believe me, I have to tell myself this everyday. A childhood of being teased and bullied for being too skinny affects you for the rest of your life.

I didn't discover this fitness influencer trick for the first 6 months of my workout journey (I only watch KZbin no social media) as a result i kept looking at guys my size and thinking damn they're huge and checking their weight until i accidently ended up looking like them without the angles and lighting because I thought i had to just get bigger 💀
