You are not alone. Heart heat in the summer is a major cause of insomnia in fire element season.
Golden milk or turmeric lattes before bed can help to calm you and support your sleep
Golden Milk Turmeric Recipe:
1 cup whole cow’s milk (or non dairy milk)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp raw honey

Add all the other ingredients and whisk by hand or with an immersion blender until combined. Pour into a mug, sweeten with honey and have sweet dreams.

Holy crow. I had to add more honey. Then it was ok. Just drank it so I don’t know if it works or not. But I’ll try just about anything for some good sleep.
