I’m struggling to lose thighs fat for modeling I’m gonna start this tomorrow to see if it works for me Thighs now :54cm Goal:50cm 🥹 Day1: ✅( your like reminded me to do it ITS 11PM!) Day2: ✅ ( 💀what is that 2nd exercise ?) Day3 : rest day for meee Day4 :✅ AM I THÉ ONLY ONE STRUGGLING WITH THE 2ND EXERCISE ?????( I’m seeing difference by the way 🥹) Day5: ✅ coming here to tell you that the difference I huge my thighs have never been like this SLIM and toned NO BULK here ( I’ve got stretch marks tho 😳is it ok? Day 6:✅ first time in my life getting my inner thighs hurt Day7:

I’ve forgot to update but I did it 2 weeks i didn’t lost any centimeters but GUYSGO I’ve got those legs slim toned but lean muscle 😝

I’ve been waiting for a longer leg workout by you for a while now I’m happy you’ve finally made one (also yay weightsss)! This workout was pretty enjoyable (although some of the movements I performed awkwardly haha) :). I’m going to have to try some of the other newer workouts you’ve released some of them look funnn

I love your side lying inner thigh workouts. Thank you. I like the sitting quad extensions, as well. I cannot find any other fitness channel that has options for sitting quad exercises. Thank you.

Nina, how long does it take for my legs and especially my thighs to become like yours? I've been working out for two months and I can't see any difference, it makes me very frustrated :(

if you want to get slimmer legs, you must lose weight in general! spot reduction is a myth, you cant make one area slimmer without overall fat loss

Eat 1200 calories and you will be skinny but not heathy of course

Hey! Keep your diet in check . Make sure you limit your junk food intake . Drink water ,stretch , go for walks, sleep well , increase your bodily movement throughout the day. Trust me you will be able to see difference in a month or two
