Guys.. this is not a joke .. I had thunder thighs since my childhood and I never loose inches over my thighs.. other parts were seemed to be dropping.. but thighs..? Never... I tried this workout just for 3 days and lost 2.3 inches in 3 days... Going to continue with this challenge... Thanks a lot ma'am ❤

I’m gonna be doing this for 3 days! Before measurements- Thighs: R 21.5” L22” Calves: both 12” Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ I lost about 1/2 an inch on each thigh!

I have started this challenge from today. will update with results. Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done Before : 22 inch After: 21.5 inch This is the perfect workout routine for slimming down your thighs. Doing it for only 3 days and lost half inch. Going to continue this for a full whole month to reach my target measurements.

I am going to take this 3 day challenge Day - 1 - too easy Day - 2- little pain but not too much Day - 3 - easy Result - day 1 BEFORE- Left leg (U)- 22 1/2 Right leg (U)- 23 Caves (R) -12.2 Caves (L)- 12 1/2 AFTER- left leg - 22 Right leg- 22 1/2 Caves L-12.2 Caves R- 11.8 But I am not sure of my measurements anyway thankyou so much for your exercise ❤❤❤

Second exercise was squats it hurts alot just for two days but we can get an amazing result Good thing will always hurt You can try these exercises I'm sure you get an amazing result

It's not like good thing always hurt 😂😂😂 You just have DOMS The pain will slowly go in 7-10 days .Later you will have little soreness after workout

OMS IT DOES REALLY WORK😭 I DID THIS WORKOUT ONCE, AND AFTER THREE DAYS I SOMEHOW GAINED SOME MUSCLE ON MY LEGS. SADLY I LOST THE MUSCLE BECAUSE I WASN'T CONSISTENT, BUT GUYS IT REALLY WORKS. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

I so want to take up the challenge. I have inner thighs touching which is so annoying to walk. But I am scared thinking of muscle soreness. I have a lot to handle at home and don't want to be immobile. Had bad experiences in the past.

soreness is very common in case of legs workout or arms . i sore daily .. you will get use to of it :) no pain no gain

So i am in 10th std and my weight is 70kg and my thighs are 27inch i cant wear my fav clothes and jeans 😭 so i am starting it today i will apload my views till 1 week plzz support me my family scold me to much for not doing workout 1st day:- ✅done successfully in first day only I feel so flexible 😌 2nd day:-✅done today my legs were paining to much but still I did it 3rd day:-✅it was easy for me today

I have been doing this since 3 Days {I did it once on first day & second but did it twice on Third day = 4 Times} I lost only 2-3 cm! Actually I ate some junk foods so I'm not surprised I will do this right now for straight 5 times!! I have the event tomorrow due to which I'm doing this..Now I have hardly time left so yeah let's kill this!! And yes if you are doing this for first time then never do it 5 times coz it can literally hurt your legs or nearly you'll feel like dead even if you do it twice on first day! So 5 time is like NO!!! But this exercise no more gives me pain as I have did it for so many times so I'll do it 5 times Let's goo! 💃
