Amazing ! Aside from Cardio exercises Ive done 3 more exercises from Susana Yabar, Slim ABS and Waist ,Thigh exercises and the Bust exercises for 3 or 4 time a week , Its been good for my health. Thanks a lot Ms, Susana Yabar . You make this a wonderful body workout. Im 70 yrs old but i still have this strength to follow those body routine . God Bless us all.

It's effective . I am doing this seven days a week for last 3 months ( for initial one and half month I could complete only two sets ..now I do all three sets) my whole body got toned , double chin vanished. Though I reduced only two kilos , however my weight was 60 kgs which was perfect for my height. Presently I weigh 58kgs.The exercise is easy and can be done at home in very small space without any equipment. Thank you Ms Yabar.

I will do this for a month, 3x a week First week : I died in the first day, and in the second day my whole body hurt but I made it. The third day was actually pretty good! Second week: First and second day were pretty good. I was a bit tired in the third day but I still made it. My stomach got flatter and my thighs got a bit slimmer :D Third week: soon... I was ill for a week but I will start again tomorrow (9 January)

After doing the first set I have lost my energy and ended halfway through the 2nd exercise of the second set! But you can't believe I'm sweating like a pig! I'm glad you do this in sets. You can choose 10, 20 or 30 mins and feel like you haven't missed anything. Die to bad knees, I'll probably do a modified 1st set.

This was kind of hard do to since I had 4 surgeries on my foot on March 2nd! But it's been 7 and a half weeks and the doctor wants me to get moving! I love your exercises! They are doable. I can do them. I couldn't do the scissor jumps!

I will definitely try this work out. I like the moves. great job. May I give a few tips though? I think if you have your hair in a pony tail it will look much better for a work out video. and also the instructions given sometimes get a bit annoying to me as it repeats the word come on to much. But again great job. I will look forward to see more of your work out videos :)

Ok , here is the thing , i love doing this workout cause you are really motivating , i feel as if i am doing this workout with my friend who never makes fun of me IF my posture isn't right . You are really positive and helpful virtually . I follow 3 more workout vids to make a 40 minute routine cause its important to do 40 min workout . To every person who is facing issues about bad posture during workout , just start with a bit easy exercise and increase the hardness scale day by day or whenever you feel comfortable . This workout is actually good , all the best . With love n hugs

I was worried this would be difficult because I’m not very cardiovascularly fit (working on that!). And from the preview, it looked like there was some jumping in the routine. I wasn’t sure that I could do jumping for 30 minutes straight. But she incorporates a lot of low impact exercises around the short cardio bursts, so it’s actually quite manageable. I was surprised that I could complete the video with no problems, and could even do the scissor jacks at the end! I put off doing this video for awhile, because I thought I couldn’t handle it. I shouldn’t have!! 😀👍💪
