I noticed the two thumbs down. This exercise is important to retrain correct sitting posture, as there are many times where you will not have a lumbar roll to help correct your sitting (eg. out at cafe, friends house, breakfast etc). The issue is IF PERFORMED BEFORE YOU SORT OUT THE UNDERLYING DISC ISSUE it can provoke your symptoms!! This is my guess for the two thumbs down. Once you have done the appropriate McKenzie exercises for 2-3 weeks as instructed by your qualified McKenzie therapist and the problem is resolved, this will not make you sorer!

I've got costochondritis from my bad posture and constantly slouching. It's a serious problem these days.
