Sly and the Family Stone was my 1st concert. I was maybe 13. Plus it was at Madison Square Garden. Would eventually see many more concerts there over the years. When a person asks me what were they like? I tell them they were the pre - Black Eye Peas.

My sister really had excellent taste in music ! I was 8 or 9 when I 1st heard this ! She still has ALL her original albums in perfect condition and a really nice stereo!!! She knew better!
