I don't think Marinette did anything wrong here. Yeah she probably should have told her grandma that she was too old for some of the stuff and didn't like the candy but lying to spare loved ones feelings is something we all do and when she told the truth about the party Gina took it the worst possible way. Also how is Tom so big when both his parents don't even compare

Gina is is such a sweet character she reminds me of my own grandmother also Befana a truly mythical character who is pretty much Italy's answer to Santa Claus i love you Retrospective Review

This episode isn’t too bad. I always remember when first watching this episode back when season 2 was airing. When Befana told Hawkmoth you didn’t say the magic word. And Hawkmoth hesitantly said please. I was laughing so hard! ☺️😁🤭😆😂🤣🤣🤣

Am I the only one who thought Gina was a previous Ladybug? (Well, that's what I thought when I first saw this episode). Even her clothes match the colors of the Miraculous hero, not to mention that she is unusually jovial and energetic for a grandmother, and her confident demeanor reminds me of Marinette being Ladybug. (Or maybe they had planned to do that but scrapped it at the last minute and we had Marinette whining about her romantic problems with Joan of Arc) Oh well, maybe I think that because the original idea of the show was for Marinette to receive her Miraculous earrings from her grandmother as a birthday gift. Now the big mystery is how a free-spirited cool lady like her married with a nasty racist piece of shit like Roland.
