I think Wave could work out too IF she drops that snarky and rude behavior. She has good looks, she's 18 and therfore not underage and is a good mechanic from what we have seen with the Extreme Gear for the Babylon Rogues. Still, she is a thief, and Wave is kind of a jerk, especially to Tails. If she drops this attitude, then I would consider smashing. Blaze would be smash if not for her being underage. We also don't know how much control she has over her flames, so that's also risky. Personally, she is a great character and seems like a cool person to have around. Still, because of these two factors, I will pass. Rouge, Shade and Vanilla are the only ones I would smash and maybe Wave if she doesn't act like a jerk to me.

Idk if it was before or after this video but the main Sonic cast's ages were terminated by Sega with I think the exception of Cream so their ages are left based on their design and the higher ups now portray them as more mature in voice and looks. I feel it's kinda obvious they've turned into adults besides probably Tails who comes across 14 in recent works.
