Funny story about this game. As a kid, I never knew the Carpet Merchant was a thing. I didn't find it out until years later as an adult. The amount of crazy things you can do with glitches in this game is insane, imagine telling someone 25 years ago you could beat this game without the ocarina! actually it can be done you can beat majora's mask without masks its more challenging but it can be done you just wont be able to 100% the game without some masks or without completely breaking your save file. link is pretty versatile if you time everything right but i honestly think it was intentional on the developers part they wanted you to be able to complete the ending without needing to depend on hacks abilities but at the same time they wanted to see players go above and beyond and get really creative so they included overpowered things like the gilded sword, fierce deity mask, and infinite magic milk.

I completed this challenge for my channel without learning any songs (without learning the Minuet of Forest or Prelude of Light), but I did use the ocarina items glitch to beat the Forest Temple as a child and do the Ganondoor skip at the Deku Tree dungeon. It was interesting to see how you did things a little differently than I did.

To avoid Prelude we'd need to not become child again, so a wrong warp to tower colapse as adult. To avoid minuet thought... I don't think I have enough knowledge of the game to think about this. My idea is going out of bounds around the cutscene trigger, but I don't know how that may behave. We're doing all dungeons so no summoning the medallion and no wrong warping before Ganon.

13:34 I was not expecting Amascuts Promise in a Zelda video, but I freaked out as soon as I heard that intro, lol. Great touch here.

@Smiffic you run raids? Got any purps yet?
@Smiffic5 ай бұрын
Mainly only done Xeric's so far as a solo, got a dex, ancestral bottoms and a twisted bow so far 😄
@lol57765 ай бұрын
@Smiffic yo nice on the tbow! I haven't run raids yet on the account. Running ironman, btw. I have run raids a lot on Leagues, but it doesn't compare to the main game. Keep it up, and love the vids!
@Smiffic4 ай бұрын
Good luck with the iron! Was playing quite a bit of HCIM before I died to hunllef but before that point, I already wanted to revert back to a normal iron so it all worked out in the end 🤣

Where do you play this ocarina of time? The framerate was kinda smooth.
@Smiffic5 ай бұрын
I was playing on Ship of Harkinian, A PC port of OoT which still plays exactly like the original game down to it's logic 😄

@@Smiffic no wonder it felt so weird that the game was kinda smooth.
